Hi, I’m Trina! I was diagnosed with celiac disease in January 2017, and I have been living gluten-free ever since. Currently, I live in Madison, Wisconsin, with my two cats and my partner, Jacob, who is the chef behind several of the gluten-free dishes I showcase on my blog and Instagram page.
